Elderflower Peppermint & Yarrow Tea

Recipe Description:
A useful tea for when your feeling rundown or suffering the early stages of cold or flu.
Ingredients:
1 tsp - Elderflower dried herb
1 tsp - Peppermint dried herb
1 tsp - Yarrow dried herb
Instructions:
Method: Blend equal quantities of the three dried herbs. Use a good teaspoon to a cup of boiling water. Cover and infuse for 5 minutes. Strain and drink hot with honey and lemon (freshly grated ginger is a tasty warming addition)
